My son-in-law had to go to Royal Mail delivery office to pick up a package,he rang my daughter asking why she had ordered a Strongbow glass both denied ordering it and as neither could remember they both accused each other of being drunk and ordering random stuff.
I was tempted to say nothing but in the end fessed up that I had forgot to tell them. I have offered them my glass so that they have one each!!!

Another 2 turned up for me at my neighbours - just tried again and they're going to get another one delivered!
It stopped working for me last week, but seems to be back winning again now.

You can email them and say that the glass hasn't turned up. As its not signed for they can dispute it, so they can send you another one.
